Desperate for Dialysis

Hi I was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Failure and have dialysis three times a week and lost my home and car .. been so very hard changed my life .. the medical transport company has left me 11 times stranded and missing dialysis ..I need either 2000 for a used car or a used car to get me to dialysis
