The project depends on private donations of any amount to provide safe living spaces primarily for Seniors but not limited and can help low income families as well. Operated by retired craftsman from the building trades. I own this project and have been denied non-profit status by the IRS yet we provide the same service as Habitat for humanity. We are located in North Texas, USA.
