Falling into massive debts

hey .. I am an English teacher with a small family and I was handling my life so well..and the covid 19 pandamic.. I started losing my savings with life getting so expensive than before .. still handled things around .. helped this person and that.. till I found myself reaching a dead end .. I always thought things would get better .. but it is getting tighter and tighter till I have fallen into crazy massive debt that eats my whole salary ..
