My girlfriend was in the hospital and they gave her a medication that gave her a stroke then hid her in the hospital. Took 2 days to find her. She passed away September 16 2024. I have to pay a lawyer 4500.00 dollars to get her will where I’m the person that has her estate. She didn’t have any kids and her mother wasn’t in her life. So the only way I can do anything about losing her is to get the will in my name through the courts. I just can’t let the hospital get away with this. Please help me I will pay whomever back when the hospital settles. I have a very strong case I just have to pay a lawyer to get her living will awarded to me. Please help!
