In need of help paying bills and debt

To say this first, I'd appreciate to anyone who saw and opened this post.

During Covid, my workplace closed down due to no business, I received little to no income based from my salary. I had to move out because they increase the rent, so I moved to a small apartment. I applied for a credit card to purchase furnishings.

After when the situation from covid began to calm, I found work again, however, it isn't the same than before my previous workplace. I was paying everything back, but I had a recent layoff that affected me. I found another job again, except it's much less. When I pay bills, rent, and groceries. I'm always in the red every month, so I have more debt.
