Please help me to keep my home and care for my grandad and sis

Please help me to be able to keep caring for my grandad and my sister. I work full time around caring for both relatives, which is extremely challenging. I've had to have some time off of work to due to emergencies and a back injury and on top of all my expenses going out. I have accumulated a debt of 20 000 - which I have resorted to begging to be able to pay it off. I am the only carer for my grandad and sister and I am terrified that I will lose my house and we will be homeless. I would be very grateful for any amount of money to help.
