Need help with teeth please!

Last March I was in a car accident I struck a deer going 65 mph. And as a result I shattered almost all my teeth. The few that I have left are all loose and it's getting difficult to eat. I'm trying to get implants or dentures but it's been difficult to save with three kids at home.
