Need tree removal - FEAR of tree falling on home

Our neighbors tree just fell into their house, we have TWO trees at risk of falling. We were quoted 9000$ due to the machinery needed for our large Poplar trees. Please help, I’m so afraid of this happening to us, it makes me cry when I think of a tree falling on our house and killing us or our dog.
