Ex husband wiped out savings from Ex-wife plus granted alimony

| Worked for 25 years, sold business and raised 2 kids at the same time with no assistance from ex. Ex Husband has not worked since 2010. After 22 years I finally went through a divorce proceeding and the divorce decree granted him $500k plus monthly spousal alimony since we were in the state of California, wiping out all of my retirement savings. I finally wanted to take a break but forced to go back to work to continue to support young adult children who attend university.
