HELP ME AND MY DOG STAY TOGETHER

Hello everyone and thank you in advance for your time and for reading this.
My job has recently cut my hours severely and I am having trouble paying bills, which has resulted on me using credit cards more than I can really afford, and you know what a snowball that can lead up to.
Last December I got a puppy, and she is the light of my life. She has helped me through my anxiety and has made my life a million times better and happier.
I am still working at this place, but it is not enough, and if I were to take a different full time job, then I would have to give up my dog, because I can't leave her alone at the house all day. I am working on opening my own business so I can work from home and both be with her and provide a good life for the both of us, but I need some financial help to:
1.- Pay down my credit card debt
2.- Day to day expenses until my business starts making me money (food, vet bills, etc)
3.- Get my business off the ground
Goal: 20k
