Throat Surgery

I need $1,650.00 for the deductible on my health insurance for throat surgery. I just don't have the money, and no one I know can help. I really do need this surgery, and I'm not B.S.,ing. Lord knows I would write a check myself and get this surgery done were I to have the money. Please help me, I sure do need it.
