I need surgery

I have several keliods on my body. Keliods are usually classified as cosmetic, but sometimes that become infected or grow to the size where they can interfere with normal movement. I recently los my job and no longer have insurance. I really need a surgery to remove them as it is to the point I cant sleep at night anymore because of he itching and burning. Please help. Anything will be appreciated. I need around 5000 dollars. I plan on saving all I can (around 600 dollars now) but I am still a long way from 5000.
