My brother turned 51 just last week, he has always been alone, never married no kids just him and of course his loving family Mom, Dad, Sisters and Brothers.
he has always wanted a family and something that he can call his own. He is a very caring person and would do anything for anybody no matter what the situation was. A few years back he was living with his girl friend (fiancee) and her two daughters, everything was going good and he was so happy to have someone in his life, and with children to whom he was very close to the little one always playing video games with her.
That very suddenly changed on January 2006 When his girlfriend ( fiancee) died in a fatal car accented on the highway, the girls were split up and now live with there grand mothers, and that left him once again with a broken heart and alone. A few years have past and he purchased a town home, finally calling something his own. All was going well until he got laid off of his job and was having to travel to California to find work so he wouldn't loose his place. Not to mention while he was away for work his friend had called him and told him that his Dog had died, the last thing him and his fianc� had together, So he never got to say good bye.
He comes back home from that job and a week later in February 2012 and started to have massive head and back aches (severe) and he lived with that for 3 days because my brother is never sick and never complains about anything. After that 4th day of bing in a tremendous amount of pain we took him to the Hospital and they told us that he had two Brain Aneurysms and a stroke and that there was a good chance he would not live. Doctors still have no explanation as to how he lived that long in such a severe brain condition. He was in ICU and in a coma for about a month then was transferred to two separate nursing homes to get him the specialized help he needed. He is now living at his home with a friend that helps him out, because he will never be the same. He still has the biggest heart that he has always had. As you can see he needs help desperately, his teeth are very rotted. I know with all this change in his life and not being able to drive or work cause of his disability makes him very depressed.. He always talks about his teeth and how he wishes he could be normal and get them fixed. it just breaks my heart, he has no insurance or medicaid and the state is not helping him. Its a never ending process, we are on the phone with medicaid every day to see what they can do, but I never get an answer, just the run around. I hope someone will see how desperate we are to help him, any little bit will help. If you are a dentist or know of one that will help him please let me know. Its not about the money its about wanting to help him get his teeth fixed and his life back. I appreciate you taking the time too read his story and I hope that you or anyone can help even $1.00 will add up and get us started. I will keep everyone updated on this and hopfully my next picture on here will be him smiling with brand new teeth.
