Special Education Teacher Student Loans

I am a special education teacher for students with learning disabilities in Minnesota at a title one full-service community school. I was not financially aware when I obtained my bachelor's in education and master's in mathematics education. I am now overwhelmed by the federal loans I took out.
They are my loans and I take full responsibility for them. I pay monthly and will continue to do so.
The end just seems so far out of sight and I spend so much on my students needs from food to clothes and supplies. I thought maybe someone out there who has reached that point in life to help out understands just how heavy loans can be. Especially, when you took them out way back when you were just a beginning adult with no guidance on how to be financially aware.
I appreciate anyone who has sat at just below that line of financial freedom who crossed over and is willing to give.
