| I am a senior citizen with medical disabilities and i live alone. I had a disagreement with someone who lives in my building. To me, the disagreement was small. As a result, other neighbors have gotten involved against me. I am being harassed and stalked on a daily basis. They flash car lights at me and some have dash cameras trying to monitor my every move. I have reached out to the police several times but they can't help unless they see the actual crime being committed. I have spoken to my landlord and association about this. The association will not help me because they say it's neighbor to neighbor. The landlord don't seem to take me serious. The harassment laws are very unfair if you can't prove anything. The same thing stands for harassment lawyers. The lawyers want to see the crime being committed. I have no support from anybody. Even though I am a veteran with a honorable discharge, I did not serve enough time to qualify. I am desperate now. I don't know what else to do. I feel so alone and helpless I need this money for cost of living, moving cost and the cost for moving in. Most of my family are deceased and I have no friends to assist me. I don't have funds to move because this situation happened suddenly and unexpectedly. Any amount that can be donated is greatly appreciated. Because of this delicate situation, I prefer not to submit a photo at this time for my safety. However, I can present my medical records and proof of identity at any given time.
