Help Pay off debt

Hello.

6 months ago, I lost my job as a mechanic. Before that I was a tow truck driver for a year and a half, however that did not pay well, but got me through the months. I am struggling with debt on my credit cards, trying to pay bill and naively helping out friends, but now am in trouble myself with no help.
