Addressing a growing issue on Kaua'i

Aloha!
There's a growing number of elderly and disabled persons here on my island home of Kaua'i that are in need of shuttle services. I am building up funding to get a couple 6-7 passenger minivans, build an online booking page, and market my services to my community. Many dialysis patients, people who can't see well enough to drive, and senior citizens cannot ride the bus here because of the very limited scheduled runs, or the location they need to go to is not on the route which means more walking than most can do.
I'm looking to fundraise $35k. I'd like to use the funds to purchase 1 new 6-7 passenger minivan, build my website with a booking page, advertise my services, and acquire the required insurance to operate.
