Veteran looking for help with home taxes, water bill, fix car

Hello, I am a veteran and I need to pay my home taxes, my water bill and to fix my car so I can get a better paying position. Everything was ok, bills getting paid on time until 8/1/2022, I was laid off and my wife also ended up going on temp disability for her knees on August 3. I ended up getting dropped from my medical when I got laid off. In October 2022 me and the wife had surgery in different hospitals on the same day on Oct 24 which was our 36th wedding anniversary and my oldest son’s birthday (He passed away while in the military in 2016.) After the surgeries. We were recovering until January for the wife and February for me. I started looking for work and my unemployment ended the same month of February. I was out of work and ran out of my 401k funds paying bills. I managed with someone’s help to pay my real estate taxes just after it went into Tax Lien for 2023, but I have not been able to pay anything for this years and it is due in August and will go into tax lien and go up for tax sale in September. I have been trying to get loans, help from family and friends but everyone is going through their own issues, tried state programs but there are none that can help me because I am working, and my credit score is 558 so I can not get help. I started working in Jan 2024, but I am making less than half of what I was making in 2022. I am paying my bills and 2 loans and a credit card reconsolidation program which has 1 loan and 2 credit cards I had. I am about to lose my water next month. This house was purchased for my wife with the insurance money we received from the Army, this is a promise he made to his mother, and I felt I needed to honor that, and I don’t want to lose our house.
