Hi, Please Help Me! I'm a visually impair Dred retired carpenter of 45yrs.
My house of 5yrs just burned down. The fire marshal's report shows that the fire was caused by a Lithium battery explosion.
" No fault of my own." I paid $1,100 for that house and worked on it for 5yrs. Using much skills, on a fixed income and with the help of friends and volunteers and neighbors. We brought the property value up to around $40,000 and then the fire happened.
I Lost Everything!
So, now I have the opportunity to purchase another property just under $4,000. Or one of the other properties that's available, in my area for under $5,000. Thank you, sincerely for taking the time, to help me. I'm low vision blind. I have a $1,000 saved up so far. I need $3,000 to purchase another property and an extra $5,000
for closing fees, Building Safety Engineering Inspection, Contractors Pulled Permits, Materials & Supplies,
Pay for 2 workers and Buy lunch for the volunteers and fuel their vehicles.
