We are pleased to present a proposal for Re- Opening and funding in to establish the " Benes Beauty Academy of south florida," a comprehensive education center dedicated to the pursuit of beauty education and excellence. Our mission is to provide aspiring beauty professionals with the skills, knowledge, and expertise necessary to succeed in the competitive beauty industry.
Objectives
To provide high-quality education and training in various aspects of beauty, including skincare, makeup, hair design, and nail technology.

To equip students with the necessary skills and confidence to pursue successful careers in the beauty industry.

Academy Overview
The Beauty Academy of south florida will be a brand new state-of-the-art facility, equipped with the latest technology and tools. Our comprehensive curriculum will include:
Diploma programs in Beauty, Skincare, Makeup Artistry, Hair Design, and Nail Technology
Certificates and short courses in specialized areas, such as lash extensions, microblading, and waxing
Continuing education and professional development programs for industry professionals
A retail boutique offering the latest beauty products and services
A salon and spa providing a platform for students to gain hands-on experience
Facilities and Resources
State-of-the-art classrooms and training areas

Access to guest lecturers and industry experts

Funding Request
We are seeking $1.2 million in funding to support the following initiatives:
$500,000 for facility setup and equipment acquisition
$300,000 for curriculum development and instructor recruitment
$200,000 for marketing and promotional activities
$200,000 for operational and administrative costs
$100,000 for scholarship and bursary programs
Impact and Evaluation
The beauty Academy will have a significant impact on the beauty industry and the community. Our objectives are to
Gradually increase the number of students enrolled to 200 by the end of year one
Achieve a 90% graduation rate and a 95% employment rate for our graduates
Establish partnerships with local beauty businesses to provide internship and job opportunities for our students
Develop a reputation as a leading beauty education center in the region
