Help To Start Business

I applied for a loan to an Estonian company and $2,000,000 was approved. In order for me to get the loan I need to pay $5,000 for legalization and insurance and travel to Dubai for a face to face meeting with the lender known as Rohelisem Capital Ltd. I need $6,000 to enable me go to Dubai for the meeting and to pay $5,000 to Reholisem Capital Ltd. The extra $1,000 will enable me go to the United Arab Emirate for a visa. I have money for flight ticket and accomodations, but I don't have the $6,000 to pay and for Visa. Please help me raise the $6,000 that I need to get my loan.
