| Our company in Owenton Kentucky has morphed from a thermoplastic compounder to a thermoplastic remanufacturer/compounder. We are diverting plastic waste both thermoplastic and thermoset into reusable plastic pellets sold to processors and or made into plastic products emanating from our plant. Products we are aiming to make are related to radon gas elimination from both new construction and existing construction. Radon is a colorless odorless gas that may contribute to lung cancer. Kentucky, where we are located has the highest rate of cancer relative to any other State in the union. We are lacking the sales/customer contact individuals to bring the contracts from plastic processing companies who are believers in diverting from land fill to us. We are also lacking lab equipment to conduct chemical analysis on the products we pick up. We have purchased several 53 foot trailers and placed them at Supplier/customers who are willing to divert their scrap from land fill. We are also very much involved in recovering plastic from the ocean. We are requesting funds to accomplish this environmental necessity. |
