In Desperate Need of A Car

Hi. I am so defeated and desperate, and I truly could use some help. I hate that it has come to this, but I am posting on this site to hopefully find a blessing that will change my life right now.
I am unfortunately at a place where I am desperately searching for a way I can afford a new car, or pretty much anything. I can barely pay my bills. I currently have no means of transportation and I am so defeated and tired of trying to find ways to get to work. My old truck broke down, I've spent a couple thousand dollars to fix it, and though nothing is wrong with it, it keeps failing the smog. Nothing I am doing is working to get it to pass. I have gone broke trying to fix this car and NOTHING is working!! I was trying to sell it, but without the smog passing I am unable to.. and I also can't get a lot for it even if someone were to buy it. My boyfriend has been giving me rides to my work every day for nearly a year, and my needing rides has interfered with his ability to work. Now both of our financial situations are looking very bad and our relationship has taken a toll because of it.
I have so many bills that I can't even afford to buy groceries. I'm being overdrafted in my bank account every other week. My credit card is maxed out. All of my money goes to bills. I have a current loan that I'm paying off for my truck (that I can't even drive) and I need to pay that off before I can even get another car.
I am just so defeated and tired of car troubles. I need a reliable car that gets me to work. A car that allows me to do side gigs to pay my bills, like instacart or doordash. Something reliable. I need my independence back. This situation has taken a toll on my relationship, my finances, and my well-being. I have been so stressed out because of this for way too long. I hate asking for help and I never do, but I am on the verge of tears just writing this. Please, if someone out there can help me, you will make my entire year. You will change my life.
I am hoping to somehow be able to get $10,000 ($3000 to pay off my current car loan, and $7000 for the new one). I was hoping I could get this amount by selling my truck, but it won't pass the smog, and even if it did, I have been told I won't get much for it. With my current income/expenses, I sure as hell can't save up this much money. It will take me years.
I don't know if anyone will even see this but it's worth a shot. ANYTHING is appreciated and means the WORLD you have NO IDEA!! I hope and pray that one day I will be able to help someone out who is in a situation like I am now.
