Taking care of my elderly mother with dementia

| I never thought in my whole life I’d find a place where people would help me just out of the goodness of their heart. not like this anyway. It’s always been hard for me to ask, but I need to about a year ago. I started to take care of my elderly mother who has dementia and she’s getting progressively worse day by day. I looked into help from the government, but mom is not on Medical so she doesn’t qualify, I looked into another place for help But my sister who gained power of attorney for my mother refused to give me her information to even apply my brother Rick was taking care of my mother, but he passed away from my brain tumor. He died on the operating table in January of this year . I haven’t been able to work for the past four years due to my body betraying me .
