Desperately trying to pay my loan.

I am a father and a husband. I am trying to pay off my loan that I had from the bank which is £4.650. I have come to Norway to help my wife and baby daughter but now I’m in a desperate position I’m struggling and really need help to pay off this loan as I am now job seeking and finding it hard. I don’t ask people for help I have always worked and mostly done 2 jobs but at the moment I’m in a situation that’s giving my huge stress. I just want help please.
