$75000 emergency needed - family crisis ????

Begging for truly needed help hopefully for a fresh restart.
Back to work few weeks ago after almost 1 year at home because ex boss decided to organise his own bankrupt and terminated all the workers.
Almost 1 year later find out that my wife have endometriosis and I have diabetes.
We all know that there is no cure for endometriosis but it is very painful and the treatments are very expensive.
Two kids (8 and 11) that we do our best for, but feeling so guilty without fault because can't give them a normal life, not easy, just normal.
Also sometimes having issues just buying the basic groceries.
Anyway long story short, all our savings are gone and we are in a $75.000 debts hole that seems to never end.
Hopefully with your help we can start paying off something and reset this brutal situation.
All we hope for is to at least get rid of all the debts and restart a new life. Without debts we will be able to keep it up but now everything is seriously accumulated and built on our (mine) shoulders.
